SOLO ROWER
Solo rowing can be an incredibly demanding and adventurous endeavor, requiring considerable physical and mental strength, as well as expert navigation and survival skills.
Solo rowing presents unique challenges, including prolonged isolation, unpredictable weather conditions, and the need for complete self-reliance.

They cannot take any repair, help, food or water during the crossing – which can take anything from 30 to 100 days.
